1. Stay Hydrated

Would you rather look like a raisin or a grape?

Reduce coffee, alcohol and pop

These drinks are dehydrating and acidic to your bones, muscles and skin.

DRINK 2-3 litres of water each day.

Water intake equation: Body weight divided by 2 = Ounces. Ounces divided by 33.8 = Litres of water per day

2. Reduce Sugar

Why does an apple get brown spots quickly vs a piece of broccoli or cucumber? 

It’s the sugar!  Sugar is part of the reason for brown spots and wrinkles on your body. 

Stay away from the obvious sweet treats, but also reduce simple carbohydrates like breads, pasta, rice and sweet fruits.  

3. Exercise to Sweat

Exercise until you sweat at least 4 times each week.

This will help to tighten the skin and improve the elimination of toxic chemicals through your skin.

Exercise is also one of the most effective antidepressants.

4. Get to bed early

The ‘Fountain of Youth’, also known as Growth Hormone (HGH) gets released at the highest levels between 10pm and 2am, while you are sleeping!

HGH helps you build and repair muscle, bones, tissue and skin.

Exercise and intermittent fasting is another great way to boost HGH.  

5. Eat Healthy Fats

Lots of them.

*Organic eggs (poached or boiled is best)

*Hemp Hearts

*Wild Salmon

*Avocado

*Coconut

*Olives

6. Take Supplements
