The Superhuman Protocol in Sherwood Park and Edmonton
Red light, PEMF and oxygen therapy in one guided session. Here, we call it the Elevite Method.
If you have spent time in the wellness corner of social media lately, you have probably seen the Superhuman Protocol. Maybe you saw UFC president Dana White talk about his turnaround, or Gary Brecka explaining how magnetism, oxygen and light work together in the body. It has become one of the most talked about wellness routines anywhere, and the question we hear most at HealthWorks is a simple one. Can I do this somewhere near me?
Yes. Here in Sherwood Park, we offer it as the Elevite Method.
What the Superhuman Protocol actually is
The protocol brings together three technologies in a specific order: PEMF, then exercise with oxygen, then red light. The idea is that each step prepares your body for the next, so the combination does more than any one part on its own. Our Elevite Method follows that same thinking, guided by our team and tailored to you.
The Three Steps, In Sequence
PEMF
You begin resting on a PEMF mat, which sends gentle pulsed electromagnetic fields through the body at frequencies similar to the Earth's own. Think of your cells like small batteries that lose charge under stress and everyday life. PEMF is designed to support that cellular charge, which may help your body take in oxygen and nutrients more easily in the steps that follow.
Exercise with oxygen (EWOT)
Next comes light movement while breathing concentrated oxygen, often called EWOT. By raising the oxygen available to your blood during gentle exercise, this step is meant to carry more oxygen deep into your tissues. Many people describe a noticeable lift in energy and stamina over a series of sessions.
Red light therapy
The session finishes with red and near infrared light, also known as photobiomodulation. These wavelengths are absorbed by the mitochondria in your cells, the part that produces energy. Red light therapy has been studied for its role in recovery, skin health and easing everyday aches, and it rounds out the sequence while your cells are primed from the first two steps.
Why the order matters
The people behind the protocol describe the sequence as the heart of it. Magnetism helps open the cells so the oxygen that follows can do more, and the light works best once those first two steps have set the stage. You can try any of these therapies on their own and many people do. Done together and in order, they are designed to support one another so you feel more from a single visit.
Who it may be a good fit for
We see all kinds of people come in for the Elevite Method. Athletes who want quicker recovery, busy parents and professionals whose energy fades by mid afternoon, and people focused on healthy aging who want to care for their cells now. It can also be a gentle option for anyone easing back into movement who wants support along the way.
The Elevite Method is a wellness service, not a medical treatment, and it is not meant to diagnose or cure any condition. If you live with a health condition or take medication, please check with your healthcare provider first. We are always glad to talk it through with you before you begin.
