The body is capable of healing itself; Nutrition acts as a guiding hand to help support the body’s natural healing process.
As a Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant and Master Herbalist, Sarah works with individuals to achieve their wellness goals through personalized nutrition coaching and herbal support. She specializes in hormone balance, digestive health, and stress management, but is experienced in working with a wide range of needs.
HOW DOES SARAH DETERMINE WHAT IS GOING ON IN YOUR BODY?
Before your appointment, you will fill out a comprehensive health history and daily lifestyle form to give Sarah a clear picture of your health. During your consultation, you will work together through a Nutri-System Profile form, which is symptom-based and helps identify any possible imbalances such as thyroid issues, liver stress, candida, inflammation, parasites, adrenal stress, and more.

ABOUT SARAH
Sarah is a Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant and Master Herbalist with a deep passion for helping others reconnect with their bodies and heal naturally. Her own health journey—marked by painful periods, PMS, and a PCOS diagnosis—led her to explore holistic wellness after conventional approaches fell short. Through nutrition, herbal medicine, and lifestyle changes, Sarah transformed her health, lost over 65 pounds, regulated her cycle, and regained her energy and vitality.
While Sarah’s primary focus is supporting women with hormone and menstrual health, she welcomes clients of all backgrounds and needs. She believes that everybody is unique, and that true healing comes from personalized, root-cause-focused care. With a warm, compassionate approach, Sarah helps her clients find balance through whole-body wellness—supporting digestion, energy, stress, and more along the way.
